Women Enterprise Alliance (WenA) Announces Application For The 3rd Stream Of The WenA Entrepreneurship Program (WEP)

Women entrepreneurs form a dynamic force in the SME Industry. Statistics have shown how African Women play a significant role in trade and industry, accounting for over 50% of traders or Small & Medium Scale Enterprises with quality and exportable products.

Women Enterprise Alliance (WenA) is pleased to announce a call for application for the WenA Entrepreneurship Program (WEP) STREAM III.

The programme was initiated to support women entrepreneurs through the WenA Entrepreneurship Program Academy - a 10-week online coaching program hosted on the WenA Academy platform that includes online courses for training and capacity building, mentorship, and access to finance.

For the 3rd stream, we will select 500 female entrepreneurs from across Nigeria and Africa to receive coaching, mentorship, and access to finance. To support the comprehensive integration of SMEs in Nigeria, we will select 25 women-owned businesses for funding.

During the intensive program, scheduled to run from November 2021 to February 2021, successful applicants will receive lessons on business management, learn the practical skills required to create and run successful and sustainable businesses, network with like-minded entrepreneurs and mentors during the monthly WenA Connect.
